Our in-store appointment wound up becoming a phone appointment due to COVID, but that didn't matter. Juan was so informative, explanatory, and helpful that it was a fantastic experience. I'd had a virtual appointment with someone from a different store, and that experience seriously sucked. Juan, however, created exactly what I needed while maximizing my space. We're thrilled with how the closets came together (self-install for one and professional install for the second) and we have SO much room now!

(December 14, 2020, 6:24 pm)This store is the ultimate organizers store . I got elfa done in my garage as well as a home office set up and I couldn’t be more pleased. The system itself is so easy to setup and the solutions are so helpful and addicting to use , all I do is think of new ways to organize and the container store is the place to do it.
