(March 1, 2017, 11:52 am)Came to this place to get some help seeing that after several calls to T-Mobile took me no where. My phone was purchased directly from Samsung and T-Mobile decided to lock my device anyway so I couldn't connect it with any other carrier. Rico is who assisted me. He is knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service which many places lack these days. My problem was fixed and I am a happy customer. I do recommend this place.
