I emailed them and they responded super fast. I explained I was leaving on deployment in less than a week. With holiday weekend making the week short, they still managed to 2 day ship it to me so I had it in time before I left. I’m a customer for life. They didn’t have to do that but they went above and beyond. And I appreciate it.
