My experience with Coastline and their representatives so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Jennifer has done a great job of communicating directly, clearly, and quickly. I've even received responses over the weekend! She also went out of her way to assist us with scheduling an additional viewing of a specific property.
My experience with Coastline Equity as a property management company hasn’t been the greatest up until recently as we didn’t have an on site building manager for an entire year and it’s pretty much impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call their office, HOWEVER, we now FINALLY have a really sweet lady living on site so things are running much smoother.
The maintenance guys have always been incredible from the very beginning though, particularly Jesus who is super cool, incredibly kind and simply all around good vibes and always gets the job done with the quickness!
If there was an option to give stars separately for maintenance guys and the actual company itself I would give 5 stars to Jesus and 3 to Coastline Equity. So to be clear—I’ve rated 5 stars for Jesus alone, not the company as a whole.
I will update my feelings on the company once our new on site building manager has been here for a while and I can accurately assess how well things are taken care of—so far she’s wonderful.

These two guys are literally the best things about Coastline. I have worked with Tony once and Jesus more than once. Each time I had amazing service with both of them. Both communicated well and were prompt each time. Quick and efficient workers, they were both incredible!
This relates to several maintenance requests completed by Tony Ruiz. I submitted 3 at once and just a few hours later Tony was able to immediately fix 2 issues and work on the 3rd. He was extremely professional, nice, and easy to talk to. He explained what he thought was wrong and sprung into action to fix it. It felt like he cared that our apartment was safe, things were working properly, and that we felt comfortable with him there. Thank you, Tony!!
