(May 6, 2021, 11:00 pm)The salesman Joseph (with Allied) was awesome, the price I was quoted was what I paid. And they offered the lowest price easily. About$1000 lower than any of the other companies I called. The movers came and were very professional, and brought our stuff within 2 days. It was super fast, and everything came safe. My only complaint was the move coordinator Irma (Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage). I called to ask her a question to verify specifics about the move and she verbally bit my head off and acted like I was trying to take advantage of the company. Luckily I talked to Joseph and was able to get my question answered. However I almost cancelled with this company because of Irma. I would suggest Allied/BHT&S put her through some customer service training because she needs it.
