My favorite GameStop location by a longshot. The manager, T, is awesome. He's knowledgeable, helpful, and is on the side of the customer which is rare. I RARELY buy physical copies of games but when I do I get them from this location.

GameStops are all corporate stores, and this location's manager does his best. If a new game isn't in yet, don't complain about the store, go to tellgamestop.com and complain about how corporate holds on to new releases at the Texas warehouse until it's too late.

Thanks to Murphy I am able to give this GameStop an awesome review. Murphy was able to resolve a big issue with a previous purchase. He provided excellent customer service! Murphy definitely meet and surpassed my expectations and showed us as unsatisfied customers  how important we were by interacting with us in a friendly- helpful and positive way. With an associate like Murphy, I will return. There wasn't a long wait at about 6:30 when we went. The store was easy to navigate.
