Dr. Downing is amazing. I had to see an ophthalmologist immediately because of a huge bump on my eyelid. I had seen another ophthalmologist but it was not getting any better. Dr. Downing was recommended to me by a colleague of his. He was super responsive. Even though Dr. Downing was not seeing patients the next day, he exceptionally scheduled to meet with me the next day on a Friday so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. One look at my eye and he knew what needed to be done. He completed the procedure and drained the chalazion. The bump was gone almost immediately. He was extremely professional, kind, patient and understanding. It was such a pleasant experience. I am very grateful and highly recommend him.
