  Been with T-Mobile for over 4 years... Have 4 phone lines and 2 tablet lines. Never was I once frustrated with coverage or dropped calls. What has kept me with T-Mobile for all these years has been the best customer service I have ever encountered or experienced. Started with Cell Phone companies in early 90's. LA Cellular. Sprint, Verizon, and finally T-Mobile. The ones I left had bad customer service. Need I Say More??

  Eric Contreras took very good care of us extremely profesional we came from riverside to purchase a second phone we had and amazing interaction the first time and decided to give it a try a second time luckily to our benifit he was still employed at the same location!!! We have a business account with T-Mobile and honestly he offers very good customer service!! Takes the time,dedication and effort to get all of our questions and worries answered definitely deserve to be a manager!!
