“I had a serious surgery performed yesterday and i couldn’t be more grateful. Since i got the intake call my good experience started. Once I arrived and filled out the paperwork the intake coordinator explained what I didn’t understand. Had a Covid test performed and went to the pre-op area. The nurses there were so nice and the area was spotless and everything was great . The purple disposable gown even matched with the socks . The anesthesiologist was super informative and made me feel comfortable. My surgery was long and hard but Dr. Dean did an amazing job . Recovery room staff was superb Marco was so helpful and accommodating. He gave me everything i needed and went beyond to make feel comfortable and in no pain. He provided snacks and juice i had not eaten since the night before . My surgery was close to 9 hrs long . He Explained in detail my at home instructions .
