(August 8, 2018, 2:43 pm)No that's not true what the people are saying here, bank of the west is one of the best banks in America they always have good customer service, and they have too many other things to do if you want, like refinancing saving options retirement plans and more, I have been banking with them since day one, way to go bank of the west.
