(November 2, 2018, 3:50 pm)Dr. Thein and his staff not only provide excellent service, they are also very friendly and helpful when it comes to dealing with your dental insurance provider. I recently had a cavity filled and they made sure I call back to let them know how I feel once the anesthetic wears off. I called back and told them I had some pain and discomfort once the anesthesia wore off, but I took some Tylenol which took care of it. But Dr. Thein called again the following day to really make sure I was okay. This is the kind of service my family and I never got from our previous dental provider that's why we switched to Dr. Thein. Lastly, I like that the office sends a text reminder of upcoming appointment couple of days before.

(August 20, 2018, 1:19 am)Have been coming since 2010. Have had various procedures including cleanings, fillings, cracked molar extraction, bone graft & dental implants. Very happy with results. Robert is excellent at communicating the details of his dental work and discussing options. The doctor is also gifted in pain avoidance using his many years of experience. Pleasant chair-side manner. Always checks in with you during procedures to see how you feel. Plays it safe, making sure enough panoramic x-rays and 3rd party input has been gleaned before complex procedures for the best results. Very reasonable prices with staff that goes the extra mile to truly slog through insurance particulars. Robert also generously donates his time overseas to dental charities for underprivileged communities - admirable. Very clean office with tasteful decor. Dr. Thein achieves the balance between dental biology and artistic sculpture! And on top of all that, free tea and water! :D Recommend Dr. Thein and his team!
