  authentic and delicious! owners are very friendly and generous. we had the zaatar with cheese, ackawi cheese, muhammara, and lahmajune manaeish. everything was very tasty. would definitely come back when I’m in the area

  I’ve met these guys about a year and a half ago, and every single time that I am in LA I pass by and grab a bite, I did again a few days ago, I always have the best experience with them, since they have amazing food, tasty, warm and fresh always! Fairly small but clean and a neat place. Super kind, friendly and warm hearted owners, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has never been here and wants to give it a try, definitely give them a chance!

  Khachapuri is amazing!! The eggs are perfect, with gooey cheese and a perfect crust. The size is huge— can easily be split between two people for breakfast.

  Everything tasted great! Service was quick, however, they need to regularly clean the tables for seating and provide napkins!

  🇦🇲 ARMENIA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - The Armenian-style pizza here is not so different than those enjoyed in Iran, which also drops the marinara or any other sauce in favor of more cheese. Thankfully (sorry Persians!) they do not insist on using ranch dressing and ketchup on their pies, Sipan instead passes out a healthy amount of their homemade spicy chipotle sauce. This creamy, nutty sauce is the ultimate LA fusion and surprisingly addictive. It definitely lived up to its praise and was used to the last drop on the large chicken shawarma pizza ($15.55).
