Awesome service at great price. He fixed my fridge in about 1 hour. My food was saved and I kept there magnet on my fridge but hopefully I wont have to use them again :) but will recommend!
Tech guy was on-time and called 20 minutes ahead. It took him only 30 minutes to fixed my dishwasher and he charged me a very fair price. I also got some good appliance maintenance advice from him and he checked out my refrigerator for free (and found nothing wrong). All in all I couldn't have had a better experience.
Very pleasant experience. Amy took my call and provided me with a complete description of how they would come and evaluate my problem and then give me a written solution. The repairman did exactly that. He was on time, diagnosed the problem, then quoted me the price on invoice and then did the repair on my refrigerator in a very timely manner. He was polite and professional. He even had the part I needed. I also received a discount which was a nice surprise.
I had a great experience with MyApplianceSerivce. From the price to the customer service to the efficiency. Everything was top notch and I couldn't have asked for a better repair service. My refrigerator wouldn't stop leaking and I thought it would never work again. Luckily these guys were able to order and then install the correct parts for a low price. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.
I had a great experience. Mark was very responsive and was able to fix my refer in the same day I called saving all my food. He had all the parts with him, so he was able to replace a few parts that were busted very quickly. Thank you My Appliance Service!
