(July 20, 2019, 7:53 pm)Went in for some complimentary update from the factory. Brought it here everyone was pretty nice. The waiting room was a little bit out of stock of the complimentary items for waiting customers. Not a big deal. Nobody told me my car was ready I had to go ask myself.

Was really sweet with our kids too. Test drive went well and car was in good shape. He got the deal done fast and we were on our way. Would definitely recommend him to friends/family in the future!

Very busy and that makes the wait a little long but all together was a pleasant experience. I regret i bought my car from Galpin Kia and not from them. For sure i would have get a better price and more honest and competent service
