(January 24, 2017, 10:27 am)When I first started to come here in alternative to my home clinic this location was never busy. Everytime I showed up and signed in I was always asked "Who told you about this place?" As though it was a secret. I replied my clinic sent me here. After they did the clinic verification and insurance verification they would call me or my family member in.
Now they have a website listing three or four other locations where we can reserve a spot and not have to waste time sitting in the waiting room. My most recent visit was on Thursday January 19, 2017 and after reserving a spot I had to wait 205 minutes. They advise you to show up ten minutes before.
I showed up thirthy minutes before. Traffic in Los Angeles always fluctuates. Better safe then sorry. After verification I waited another twenty minutes. We were called in and were asked questions by a nurse then the doctor came in a little while longer.
The doctor ordered x-rays and they do have a digitized x-ray machine. Amazingly they have a x-ray doctor off site review the x-rays and advise what the situation is.
Very pleasant experience. Not all situations can be the same. This was mine. I hope yours is better.
