Very friendly with children and you can see the progress they make in such a short amount of time, the skills that they use a very practical and learn, invaluable life lessons along the way. There’s also a gym, which has all the essentials you need to be strong.

Learning self defense, discovering your inner strength, and most important of all, always having an amazing workout. My only regret is not knowing about SO FIT ACADEMY sooner.
