New Century Honda

I had never come here before, and this time I decided to get my 2018 Civic serviced more locally than at the usual dealership (where I purchased the car, a 45-minute drive from home). I was greeted by all with friendliness and professionalism, asked if I needed transportation (I didn’t; I waited there), and was kept informed of any details concerning the service. I worked comfortably on my laptop in the lounge, and all has been trouble-free since I left with my well-serviced car. Excellent experience! I highly recommend New Century Honda.

My experience at new Century Honda was outstanding. It’s been several years since I have taken my car to a dealer, as I have an excellent mechanic who has serviced my Honda for many years. My purpose in going to New Century Honda was for a factory recall of a part related to the steering wheel airbag. Nevertheless, I would be happy to recommend this service department to a friend. At every step, from the drive-in to the sign-out, I was treated with courtesy and efficiency. They did a safety inspection of the car, which I appreciated, and there was no charge. They even checked the tires for pressure and the battery, and overall I was very pleased with the experience. Thanks for asking.

Max my service advisor was knowledgeable, prompt and had excellent customer service. Person who waived my car in was also very friendly. Service time was more than acceptable for the amount of work I had done on my car and how busy they were. After my service of oil change, tire rotation, front brakes, transmission fluid and coolant change, new cabin and engine filters and maybe something else I am forgetting, the car is audibly running better and feels like a smoother ride. Took about 4.5 hours. I did not feel pressured to add services I didn’t immediately need though I was advised on upcoming service and need for a new tire soon. Appreciate they didn’t pressure me to get those at then. Overall would recommend for Honda service.

I am extremely happy with the service and the work that was performed on my vehicle. Chris my service technician was wonderful. He rolled out the red carpet for me. He was very communicative with the status of my vehicle during the repair process. Parts service everything was completed in a timely manner. I was even greeted by the service manager Manny. Very nice man. He wanted to check and make sure that I was happy with my service and that everything was being done in a timely manner. Everyone at this dealership greets you with a smile. They are kind courteous and very professional. I’m extremely happy with the service and the work that was done on my vehicle. I drive very far just to bring my car here about 40 miles round-trip. But it is definitely worth the drive. I would absolutely recommend New century Honda to all of my friends and family. Five stars for sure. Speedy service! I brought my Civic to New Century for an oil change and recall repair. The wait was very short and I was able to speak to my advisor (David) within 5 minutes of arrival. The service duration estimate was 4 hours, but I got a call to pick up the car around 2 hours later. My car is still under warranty, so the service was covered. Great experience overall, and I will definitely return for my Honda’s future service needs.
