This is the closest dealership to my house, so I’m stuck coming here every 6 months for an oil change. Service dept is not bad, but not great. I wish they would let me know by phone or by text when the service is done, so I don’t have to call, ask, and wait for an answer. What’s the point of asking for my cell phone number? I wish they would wash car at the same time. I wish they had a loaner car offer. Still, I’m happy with the service since I go there with lowered expectations.
