M & R Carpet & Flooring

We were in need of new carpet to be installed in two of our office rooms and vinyl linoleum be replace in the kitchen room. We were first recommended to call M&R from a vendor of ours and we thought of using a carpet store that is a block away from our office. But from the moment we walked in the showroom, we had a bad vibe from the people working there where no one came close to us asking if we need any help or anything for about 15 minutes.

So we came back, took our vendors word and called M&R. I spoke with Raymond where we setup an appointment and he showed up on time for measurements and brought some carpet and linoleum samples for us to choose from.

The process was so fast and easy that we did not realize there was work being done in some of our rooms and what made us to write a review about this guys was the attention to details and quality of service. They even asked us if we want to have the hallway carpet be changed also since they had an extra piece of material that came from one of the rooms. And all that with no additional charge.

And what more can you ask when the owner shows up at the job sight for quality checking and making sure the place is vacuumed and cleaned after the job is done.
