  I've been doing Pilates all my life and there is no one better than Shannon. Her studio is beautiful and her knowledge and skill are unsurpassed. The Pilates Studio is a secret gem that i almost dont want to tell anyone about! It's awesome. Just go.

  Five starts is not enough! The quality of instruction here is top notch! The teachers are all good humans, rigorous in their workouts and dedicated to their clientele. I have learned so much from working with the Pilates Studio and have enjoyed every minute. There are a lot of less-than-stellar teachers out there, but this isn't one of them. The work is thoughtful, consistent, kind and motivation. A real class act!!

  The instructors at this studio are incredible. I’ve had sessions with many of them and every time it is consistent. They are able to apply their extensive Pilates knowledge while personalizing the session to your needs. I feel great each time I leave the studio. This really has become my happy place. I feel very lucky to have found this beautiful studio and these instructors.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was introduced to the Pilates experience at The Pilates Studio several years ago. My journey began with Shannon, the owner, because I was looking for a way to exercise without getting injured. I immediately felt at ease here, and I was immediately hooked. Then comfort level Shannon and her instructors have with the material is impressive; I have been a client now for over five years. I love the array of classes, from classical method to stretch therapy, and I love the individual attention each client receives in order to have the best form. I have taken classes with men and women from all age groups, and from pretty much every instructor there. Shannon, Kari, and Cara and my regular instructors and they are all top notch. If you are interested in Pilates, this is definitely the place
  to go.

  This is a small cozy spot with excellent teachers and reasonable prices. The teachers are very well trained in the true Pilates method, and class size is limited to a maximum of four people, so you really get a lot of one on one attention. Private sessions are available as well as group reformer classes. I’m very happy I’ve found this studio. A neighborhood gem to be sure!
