1st time doing business with Michael at Bright Idea tech and already off to a great start...He fixed the popup issues I was having on both my iMAC & MACBOOK PRO and then upgraded them both all under the same price...You never have to fear any "hidden charges" from this place...It's all very up front and honest...The next time I have any issues with any of the platforms in my APPLE cart I know where I'm coming back to...Furthermore, after I got my stuff home I goofed up and wasn't able to get myself out of a program that locked my system...But who offers to drop by my home to fix it...Michael!!!...You the man Brotha!!!...It helps that I'm walking distance from his shop too...Thanks again Bright Idea Tech.
