I found Maressa on social media, I followed her and loved her tips and was very motivational towards buying a place. Where do I even begin?! As a first time home buyer, I had NO IDEA where to start. I didn’t know the first steps to buying a home or if it was even possible for me to buy one. We started the process of purchasing our first home March 2012. Maressa knew our exact style, financial needs, and vision for our first home. She found us the perfect craftsman style 1906 home in the heart of San Dimas. This short sale was anything but short, but Maressa and her team made the 10 month process smooth and effortless. With both my husband and I working full-time and living busy lives, they made transactions convenient and easy by using user friendly modern technology such as Docusign. We never had to rush to a location or a scanner in order to sign a new addendum. It was all at our fingertips even on our iPhones. Her team at NuHome Financial communicated so well with us. They even texted us off the clock and on the weekends answers to any questions we had. They got us the best rate we could ask for at 3.375 for 30 year fixed rate. We could not have asked for a better realtor or team. She advocated for us every step of the way until those keys were in our hands in February 2013.

Then November 2016, she did it again. I called her on a Tuesday night to ask about the possibility of selling. By Wednesday she gave us all our options. By Thursday pictures were taken. By Friday we were on the market. By Saturday she hosted an open house. By Sunday we received multiple offers. By Monday we opened escrow and one month later we closed. The equity we gained in those few years has allowed us to prepare for our next purchase, our forever home!
