I’m so glad I found this place for my son and I. We had been looking for a gym for guided strength training that didn’t take so much time. We found it! Our main coach is Cameron, with Renee, Dave, Adam and Jen filling in sometimes. Thank you😀

The staff is knowledgeable, motivating and kind. The facility is clean, organized and state of the art. The workouts are effective, challenging and fun!

If you're recovering from an injury, want to get in shape or looking to gain strength, this is the place! Great equipment to help with form, to follow your progress and growth. Clean location, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The studio is clean, not crowded. Flexible schedule, friendly and inspiring coaches. Each session is truly only 20 minutes. I've had only 6 sessions but already feel stronger!

I’ve been working out at the Exercise coach for a year now, during this time I have seen a great improvement in my health. I’ve lost about 30 pounds and improved my numbers significantly when doing my blood work. Everyone has been encouraging and helpful in the past year. Exercise does not come naturally or easy for me and I’m really glad I decided to join.
