Justin is very professional and prioritizes helping customers over making a profit. He repaired the front of my car and did an amazing job. Very communicative and the work was done in only two days. He has also helped me find parts for my car on separate occasions where he had no financial incentive to do so. I highly recommend this shop.

If you want quality work at a honest price, this is the place to come. I've had general servicing from oil changes to actual body work. All of it was quality. Justin will give you a fair assessment of your repairs at a honest price. You can trust this place.

Update: 12/9/2022 I come to Justin because of his TRUE recommendations. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After lifting the car up he came back and said the tire rotation wouldn't benefit me because the tires will need to be replaced in 5k miles. This is the trusted mechanic you want for your car.

Staff extremely professional and friendly. Felt genuine concern from leadership (Justin), treating my vehicles as if they were his personal vehicles. I had one Paint Job done at Chicago P & B, was very pleased. And I had major Mechanical work on my van, totally pleased as well. I look for value, I felt great about getting value in both occassions. The mechanic was very helpful when I had a couple of requests. He was very organized and clean. No parts and tools laying here and there, Gave me peace of mind that I am working with professionals that care at Chicago Auto Body and Repair.

Arguably the best and most reliable body shop I have been to! Justin and his team provide excellent, quality, and quick service at a fraction of the cost of other body shops. Had a difficult bumper repair done that costed me half of what three other body shops had quoted me. Repair came out flawless, they even put in new bolts for the holes drilled for the splitter.

Highly recommend getting work done at this shop, quick turnaround and constant communication with Justin. Would definitely come here again!

Chicago Auto Body & Repair did a great job installing new bumpers and painting parts of my car. Justin runs the show and everything went extremely well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
