  Firstly I want to say thank you to the owner Bill at Cres-O-Matic Transmissions for being so honest and not trying to get money out of women who have no idea what’s going on with their vehicle. I took my car to 2 different shops and I was told I needed a new transmission for my infinity which is very costly. Well I decided to give this shop an opportunity after looking at such great reviews, before trading in my car. What is my surprise that the infinity dealer and Firestone were not being honest. My car problem was a wheel barrier which had nothing to do with the transmission. I dropped my car off with Bill and by the afternoon my car was ready to go like NEW!!!!! I took my car again to the shop because their was a brake light coming on and once again I had such a great experience where Bill and Rick took the time to check my car without an appointment and added some brake fluid without costing me at all. It’s hard to believe their are still honest people, but I can assure you can still find HONEST people at Cres-O-Matic!!! ???????? This place deserves more than 5 starts ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

  Unfortunately my silly transmission died. I called Bill at Cres-O-Matic after searching for transmission shops near me. I'm glad I did. He put me at ease, explained what the most likely issue was for my model, and offered me simple options for getting the car to the shop, and worked on. Through every step of the process, he kept me informed, in his down to earth manner. I thoroughly appreciated knowing what was going on with my repair. After payment and pick-up, everything has been going well. I left with a 3 year 36000 mile warranty, and a working vehicle. If I had to do over again, he'd still be my choice. Transmission work can be quite expensive and stressful, Bill at Cres-O-Matic made it mostly pleasant. And yes, he does work on foreign cars too. My transmission was the Mercedes-Benz 722.9 7G Tronic 7-Speed Transmission. They know they're stuff.

  Excellent honest management Quick Service this is my third transmission job from them. They also offer an annual service to keep your transmission in good condition after they rebuild it. I've recommended them too many friends and customers never had a negative response.
