This is my first time ordering from blue zoo. I am very happy with the condition of my fish. They took special care to package and keep my fish warm. I will be ordering more fish and corals in the future. I had a very good experience.
So it may have taken a couple attempts to get our order actually delivered due to lack of what we ordered BUT Greg was amazing in staid in contact with us and day to day till everything was in order and the sizes we wanted PLUS being understanding gave us a discount since we had to wait. Also, as silly as this seem they have the lowest minimum purchase amount required for free shipping and competitive DOA and healthy fish guarantee. The free acclimation kit was a nice touch too!
I have ordered from Blue Zoo multiple times with good success. I have received great customer service each time.
One of my orders was stuck in an unexpected ice storm. During this time, I received quick updates. When I received the package and found that all fish had died after the multi-day shipping delay, I quickly received a credit from Blue Zoo. I see some people complaining about shipping refunds - you should be complaining to FedEx, not BlueZoo.
This was my first order to Blue Zoo. I have ordered from many other companies for years and this place is my new go to. The order took a little longer, but only because they wanted to be sure to ship healthy fish They kept me informed along the way and even went out of their way to not have the fish sitting on a cold truck. The fish were very healthy. I couldn't of been happier. They even shipped for free and sent a care package for acclimation. Definitely would recommend this company.
