“I came here as an already executive member and always shop for my business needs here. I curiously wanted to get my own separate business card but I was rejected by their team member saying I did not have the right business documents (you need two). I provided my business permit, address mail verification and pay stub for business but she said those were not enough. Maybe next time I'll try St a different location. This location does have good bulk products.”

“My passport process experience was not as bad as the other reviews! As long as you have all the required documents and have everything filled out correctly it should be smooth. I had an appointment and while i was waiting in line an employee helped me double check everything to make sure i was ready to go. I appreciated that. The lady at the window was nice as well. You can tell she was a little irritated, which i can understand. But my husband cracked a joke and she laughed then she was much nicer. My husband and I tried to get a passport for my 17 month old at the Airport location and the lady who was taking pictures there was not patient with my baby and refused to take her picture because she was crying. The lady in this office was extremely patient she even let me take the picture! I wish i got her name but I’m so thankful for her.”
