  Our Customers make the whole experience worthwhile, when I first opened the Bakery it was about finding a solution to the growing crisis of ADHD, the only way to stop the "chemical change" of humanity and the proliferation of toxic foods was to open an all natural pie shop that doesn't cause birth defects in our children, America must reclaim it's sense of right from wrong and Fight the evil corporate governance of the U.S. food chain. There is scientific evidence in abundance which suggests the direct link to generational consumption of toxic preservatives in foods, and the built up long term effects of pesticides and artificial food enhancers which are accumulated and stored in our bodies . These toxins are passed on to our children and take the form of neurological disorders, we must stop the proliferation of poisons in our food, actively take a stand Against corporate control of our food chain, and reclaim our children's god given birthright to eat natural real food, untainted by "harmless additives".
  Join us in our daily struggle against government policies which protect the evil corporations that profit Billions of dollars from the brain damage they force us to pass along to our offspring. We love you very much, it's time to Wake Up! And Take A Stand!

  Chef drove to Lompoc to get fresh farm boysenberries for pies. Uses high quality ingredients and minimal low GI sugar - really puts the berry on show in the pie. 3lbs of boysenberry in our pie and probably the best ever had. Also really nice and genuine and passionate people there. Highly recommended!

  The pastries are mainly all made of laminated puff pastry. Croissants of different flavors, and other laminated pastries that were all really well made and worth the price. They only serve black coffee, and it's not the best, but the focus is on the pastry. The space is small, so if you plan on sitting there don't expect a lot of seating.
