  Being from the mountains, I know skiing and snowboarding like the back of my hand. But of course, as we were in the area, we got a huge hankering to try surfing. So we bum rushed this store in look for a last minute wetsuit. We were helped out by , I hope I get his name right, Aiden. He was crazy helpful and walked us through what makes a wetsuit good or not and what our options were. This is without mentioning that we arrived only 30-20 minutes before closing, (I know, we’re horrible), but Neither Aiden nor anybody else from the store made us feel rushed or unwelcomed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs to stop by at a surfshop in the area.

  We had really good experience here! No one gave me an attitude about wanting a wet suit just for standing waste deep in the ocean haha. In fact, I was offered helpful tips! My boyfriend also found the shoe buying interesting and enjoyable.

  Went to a few of the nearby surf shops today in search of a new bodyboard, and almost gave up & then I came across JACKS and to be honest, this is by far the best one. Great selection, prices weren't that bad compared to the other stores nearby, & excellent customer service. Will definitely be back to check out the rest of the store.
