  What’s interesting is HPFH is one of those clinics that remind you of family. I say that because I’m often irritated by the wait and yes, over the phone the staff may sound rude. However my visits have always been pleasant. My needs are met and my children have always been in good hands. My Doctors James and Paula are amazing. Again the wait could get to you and they are still in the Stone Age with paperwork ???? please update to online ASAP. Overbooked but amazing and for this to be a medical clinic you get what you pay for and most pay nothing ???? it’s been a good three Years and again my joy is with my Doc, can’t speak for the others who I felt have not always listened to my concerns as a mother or followed my mother instinct.
