Since my first visit to this location, Oscar has been very helpful. He follows up when he says he will and he’s definitely thorough with his job. I really like that he takes the time to go over the policy and ensure that the necessary coverage is present for me—the customer. Something I don’t recall ever getting with my former insurance company, mainly because they don’t have local agents like State Farm does. I highly recommend him, even if you’re not sure if you want to switch he will still go ahead and help you out. Pro tip bring your current coverage that way you have something to compare and see what is or isn’t working for you.
