  The first night I arrived at midnight and there was a problem with my room and the staff acted quickly to accommodate me into another room despite being almost fully booked. The person at the desk was extremely kind and helpful. She stayed with me until they gave me the new room.
  
  The hotel in itself is modern and nice at an excellent price point. It’s not luxurious, but it has all the amenities you could want: nice toiletries, pool, nice new gym and spacious rooms. I really like that the staff is available to assist via text on the app and you can convert your phone into the room key. I had never stayed at a Sonder before, but this experience was great. The customer service was excellent! Even with the issues on the first night, they were addressed swiftly and I was happy with the rest of my stay.
  
  The location is close to the airport, but slightly far from everything else. I was only here for 3 days and know the area well so it worked perfectly for me!

  Very nice and affordable hotel. The pictures describe the reality. The gym and rooms are brand new, the equipment is of high-quality as well as nice and clean. We stayed in a double room with a king size bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom and pool area were clean and also rather new.
  There’s a valet parking service available for 30$/day but we never had any issues finding a parking spot in the neighborhood.
  
  The staff is very friendly, helpful and well organized. You can get breakfast starting at 9 am and also go for a drink or for dinner at night as they have a nice restaurant/bar. Ordering or bringing takeout has never been a problem. There’s a nice bar and sitting area by the pool which is open to all guests if the hotel.
  
  We also felt very safe with all the security around.
  
  Huge recommendation! We’ll definitely be back 💯 thank you so much!

  This was my first stay with Sonder (Lüm, Inglewood) and it was amazing. The staff was great, the property well kept, and the entire building including our room was very clean. This is definitely a great place to stay and the rates make it even better. The app was super helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom, it has a sliding barn door so your able to see in slightly even when it’s fully closed and the shower doesn’t have a door. Also a microwave would have been nice. Other than that it was great! Highly recommend!!
