  Prior to working with Christie I was doing just what you are doing right now searching for a real estate agent. This process can be an exhausting one especially for first time home buyers like myself; however, look no further Christie is the lady you want to go with. Christie is an amazing person and an amazing realtor. I am a very hard cretic when it comes to professionalism and proper work ethic; however, Christie went above and beyond to help me find my property. I started working with Christie by simply reading her google reviews and taking a leap of faith and boy am I happy I did! Christie literally found me my property in less than 5months, and she not only found me my property, she even got me way more than I anticipated getting back in seller credits in a market where other agents said seller credits did not exists. She is just a genuine person she actually cares about her clients and not just the dollar signs. She believed in my dream even when I didn't at times, and pushed me to stay focus on the prize when I got discouraged. She asked questions she knew I wouldn't know to ask, and was present at every home inspection to explain to me things I did not understand. I promise you, if you go with Christie you will not be disappointed, at least just give her a call. I literally interviewed over 15 realtors before interviewing/working with Christie and no one compared to her. From the moment I met her I knew that she would forever have my business. She took the time out to listen to me and understand not just my short term goals but my long term goals as well to make sure we did this first purchase right.   I few months I referred a family friend to Christie to help them find an investment property. Christie did her research about the areas of interest. She was well informed. The market has been crazy yet Christie submitted offers and stayed diligent on the hunt for the right property! She was so professional through out the event and keeping me informed on were she was during the process. My family is happy to have their new home and I am excited that I gave Christie the referral!   After my parents passed my siblings and I made the difficult decision to sell our family home of 50+ years. A friend referred me to realtor Christie Thomas. Christie was a godsend. She listed our home for even more than we'd hoped and got us a full price offer after only a few days on the market! The buyer and her agent asked for repairs, some we were willing to make and others we weren't. When it looked like the sale might be in jeopardy because the buyer´s lender was requiring repairs none of us were willing to make, Christie stepped in and paid for the repair out of her own pocket. I did not know a realtor would do such a thing, though we were grateful she did. Christie was with us every step of the way. She has earned a client for life.   Christie helped me and my family purchase our first home in Long Beach. I believe Christie went above and beyond her call of duty with our home search.
