“Dawn helped me on this order. I needed to produce and ship an order within 5 days of placing the PO. The production time was 3 days, we hit a snag with quality control where they weren't shipped out until the following day which was tough with shipping to New York, but they were extremely helpful in finishing the order. We got it shipped via 2 day shipping and the order is now set to arrive on time. This was a reorder of a previous order of imprinted flasks and the quality is great.
