I had a fantastic experience buying a new grand piano from Piano Masters. Gregory and Steve went above and beyond to help me find the right piano and make sure I was happy with it. I wanted some custom additions to the piano including wireless connection to my computer/tablet. They worked with third party vendors to make sure what I was getting would meet my needs. They found a superior system for muting the piano and informed me of the options. They also made sure the system was installed and delivered with exceptional quality. I could tell that every step of the way Gregory and Steve were committed to making sure I would be happy with the result. And now that the piano is here I can say I am thrilled with the result. They also helped arrange special care transport and gave us recommendations for reputable tuners in our area as we live outside of their service radius.

My brother and I recently purchased an upright from Piano Masters for his recording studio, very happy with the purchase! This instrument was an instant sell because of how well maintained and in tune it was compared to many others on our search. In addition to this Piano Masters carefully delivered the piano, in perfect condition, to the recording studio. We're looking forward to having this addition to the studio and also working more with Gregory + team for tunings. Would definitely purchase another one again, hopefully soon!
