  What an easy process. We have been a part of many appraisals, it this was by far the easiest most streamlined process I have been a part of. They know what they are doing and know the areas which is so important.

  I would give Arrow Appraisals my highest rating. They were always very easy to reach. They were more than accommodating. They came the next day to do my appraisal. I had the complete report in 4 days. Their work was performed at the highest level. Rick Sarouk, who is also in the real estate business, brings tremendous knowledge and experience to his work. He took the time to be sure he understood what was needed. When the job was completed, I felt I couldn't have done any better. They were terrific.

  Exceptional and prompt service all around. Booking an appointment was fast and easy online, response time was almost instantaneous. Rick called and confirmed the appointment within 5 minutes of booking. On our appointment date he showed up promptly, was easy going and professional, in and out under 20 minutes. We had our appraisal in two days time which was very appreciated considering it was the weekend. Thank you Rick & Arrow Appraisals, will be referring you to all our acquaintances.
