Needs to stay open more hours for people to get things from post office boxes
Just wanted to post a review to counteract all the negatives-- I don't live in the area, but I had to drop off something at the post office that had to be mailed immediately. When I got there there was a bit of a line, and they only had one terminal. There was a kind employee patiently helping an old man figure out how to use the terminal, however. When she was done, she quickly processed all those paying with a credit or debit card to remove the hassle of waiting in line.
Overall, exceptional customer service from her!

Always friendly and patient, whether they are busy or not. Excellent service and often an employee comes out from behind the counter to "fast track" certain transactions. I've lived here 12 years and have always had a good experience,
