Charles Kim Dentistry and Orthodontics

We needed a new dentist closer to home and was referred by one of their staff Tony. I am very happy that we decided to come to this office. My husband HATES going to any Dr office. He has been with a broken tooth for 3 years!!!! I finally was able to convince him to go. From the beginning of making the appointment via text (super convenient) to when my husband walked out (tooth saved) we were super pleased with the whole process. Dr Na was very gentle, knowledgeable, and kept my husband from bolting out the door!! . Wendy was super helpful too. Thank you everyone for a great great experience. This office will now be our family dentist.

I found this dentist location because I was experiencing a mini dental emergency that couldn't wait until my usual office was available. I was seen the same day. I came here because of the 5 star ratings for Dr. Kim and was equally satisfied by the help I received from Dr. Na and Tony. Both were professional gentlemen. You could tell they both had a passion for what they do and above all else, they truly CARE. Everything was explained to me in detail along the way, they had gentle hands, and paid close attention to detail. Thanks, guys! I will be back and will bring the husband and boys for our annual cleanings.

I came in for a general cleaning and a consultation regarding treatment options for the teeth and smile. Dr. Kim and the dental hygienist Hannah who worked on me were awesome! As it was my first visit to the office, Hannah made sure to let me know what she was going to do throughout the whole process. After Hannah was done with my X-rays and cleaning, Dr. Kim met with me to review all of my concerns and discuss treatment plans based on what I was looking for with my teeth and smile. Dr. Kim was great and so helpful answering all of my questions. I loved how the team was able to provide me with different options of treatment and recommend additional team members who I should speak to regarding any additional concerns. This office also has an orthodontist; however, he was not available the day I came in due to his schedule. I let the doctor know about my consultation with other orthodontists and Dr. Kim also provided me an additional referral for an orthodontist in the area. I really appreciated this because I felt that Dr. Kim wanted me to be comfortable with whoever I chose to complete the orthodontic work on my teeth and smile. The doctor reported he was also more than willing to collaborate with any specialist I chose. Overall, Dr. Kim and his team made me feel educated, comfortable, and supported in whatever option I decide to choose. If you are looking for general dentistry or consultation on fixing your smile, then I recommend a visit to Dr. Kim’s office. You will not be disappointed!

Where do I even start? The office is very clean, well organized, and all the staff I've encountered are truly wonderful individuals. Wendy is amazing and Olivia is super kind. Just after my first appointment, I felt so comfortable being in that office to get my teeth taken care of. Dr. Kim is the ultimate professional and explains every step he takes in treatment planning so that you're fully aware of all the steps he plans to take in procedures. You're immediately able to notice how much he genuinely cares about his patients! His sense of humor is a huge plus too! Strongly urge you to choose Charles Kim as your dentist!

Finding a new and kind dental office was touch and go for me. I did my research, asked friends and family, and even prayed on it. Ultimately the decision I needed to make was still uncertain that it would yield the results I was hoping to achieve. Today when I walked into Dr. Charles Kim's DD'S office, my hopes and prayers came true.
