Great place . Never long to unload
This company's customer service is outstanding! We got into a huge trouble with our shipment through UPS. UPS were going to charge us an enormous amount of money for the shipment. This sum was ridiculously high for us, as we are just a small business. Lisa Klar from Remet Alcohols was so professional, helpful and accommodating in saving us in this situation! She fought with UPS on our behalf, and invested so much time and effort into dealing with the whole mess. This is what I call a dedicated professional, to whom customer service is of the highest priority. In the end, Lisa managed to save us $1000 in shipment, and we are beyond thankful for all her help! I definitely would recommend this company to other businesses, as these people will always have your back!
