  Hi;
  I have been a customer of Bill Coats and State Farm for 42 years. I started with State Farm and I will stay State Farm. Bill's office has a GREAT STAFF-Trish Anderson is great at what she does because she knows the insurance business very well. Plus she gets to know each and every client that she takes care of.
  Well I could go on and on about how great they are-but I think that you get the idea.

  You will receive excellent customer service from this office. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have knowledgable representatives like Trish that I can call if I have any insurance questions.

  I can't say enough nice things about this State Farm office. The staff is always very friendly and helpful; the quality of service is truly excellent. I have been customer for over ten years and in that time have had many changes in my life, teenage drivers, death of parents, etc. Trish and the rest of the staff have been very supportive and always taken the time to answer all my questions, make sure I have the insurance coverage that I need, and to help when I have needed to make claims. They're absolutely outstanding.
