Manager Josh and his team were extremely friendly, and helpful in getting me the correct parts for my car. Then, when I had trouble installing a rear window wiper blade, I went back and Josh and another member of his team came out and fitted it for me, all the time friendly and chatty, just a lovely bunch! Josh's excellent people skills and thorough car knowledge inspire a great environment for both customers and staff alike. He sets a great example of a strong work ethic combined with intelligence and a positive demeanor. Five stars all around!

And Josh went above and beyond by putting my windshield wipers on the car. He was very personable and kind. Kudos to your two employees!

She went out of her way to help me when I was struggling with a tail light that was corroded and would not come out of the socket even after multiple attempts she remained as patient as ever and not once did she just give up. After realizing that the bulb would never come out Cynthia went over my next option and made sure the new socket that I ordered would be ready for me to pick up the following day to help get me back on the road. Employees like Cynthia are what keeps me coming back to Auto Zone every time! Cynthia if you read this, you are much appreciated!
