Like another reviewer I had to create an account on Google just so I could give a review to Pacific Carpet Cleaners! I spoke with Shirley on Wednesday and they and his helper were here, on time that Thursday! What a pleasant experience this was. First they showed up 30 min earlier than scheduled ( Wonderful) and then after a short discussion on what needed to be done, they were fast at work. My living room is a very light cream color and it looks fantastic, all the little stains are gone. My stairs are a high traffic area and even after a week of walking up and down they still look GREAT! We have used Coit and Chem Dry in the past, but I know going forward I will call Pacific. Pacific's pricing was better that those bigger guys that send out coupons. You won't be disappointed!

The entire home is fresh and looks brand new all because of a good carpet cleaning. They did my stairs and got into all the nooks and crannies. House smells good, feels good, and is stain-free. I have light carpet and the difference is dramatic. A good alternative to getting new carpet.
Wow!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! We usually get our carpet cleaned from the typical Penny Saver companies that say 39.95 for 5 rooms...well we never really were that happy...yes the carpet looked clean but it didn't stay that way for long...maybe a few days..week or 2 ...eventually all the stains became visible again.
So this time we decided to try yelp and there this company was with 1 review but the lady sweared by this company so we tried it.
First off, I have never seen a person put so much hard work Into cleaning a carpet before...he took his time (a few hours) and boy did he have his work cut out for him! My sons room was full of food, marker and who knows what other stains. They are little boys who spill EVERYTHING!!
Well the outcome was a house including the boys rooms full of carpet that looked like it had just been laid out brand new!! I couldn't believe my eyes!! And you know what is even more remarkable?
