If you want same day cleaning you have to drop the clothing as early possible for same day turnaround. There is also a small fee for same day service. But considering the prices in town is still very affordable.”

“I am writing this because I am beyond grateful for Dr. Lum and his staff. I, for the last 14 or so years, had a Dr. that I could never see. As a matter of fact, in the time that I was a patient of his, I could count on one hand the times I actually saw MY DOCTOR. I had associates of his, but mostly Dr. assistants. When I did see MY doctor he came in acting VERY rushed and had his hand on the doorknob to exit within a minute or two. Last week, my daughter and I both switched to Dr. Lum after listening to my co-workers experience with him. I went with my daughter to her 1st appt. I have to say, we both were amazed. He spent about 1/2 hour with her asking questions and checking her. We never felt rushed or that he wasnt listening. She just had her 2nd appt. today and she said, he again, listened and took his time with her. Thank you Dr. Lum, you are SO appreciated.”

“This is my 3rd time here, although my first time since the pandemic started. Overall I would strongly recommend this place, with the caveat that this is not your typical American spa. The whole experience took about 2 hours. First you get changed into a gown and lay down on the heated bed under the covers. They clean your face and then give a consultation on what you might need. I appreciated that they were knowledgeable but not pushy about any treatments, and that they offered options at various price points. I opted for the microdermabrasion ($150). The microdermabrasion was one of the most thorough ones I’ve had. They went over my face, neck, and décolletage multiple times. They even went back after the treatment was over to suction part of my nose again. They put cotton balls in my ears to prevent any powder from getting in, which I appreciated. After that, they put tons on tons of lotions and potions and gave my face a thorough pampering. Two things I noticed that are different from many American places: 1) They don’t necessarily tell you what products they’re putting on your face. I trust these ladies so I didn’t have a problem with that, but if you have any sensitivities I might let them know upfront. 2) While the massage is incredibly soothing, it’s done with swift, deft hands rather than slow movements. At one point they were even lightly slapping my face! Not sure what that does (to help the serums absorb better? To whip my saggy skin into shape?), but it felt very nice! They also massage your arms, hands, and upper back. Again, very relaxing. When I came home, I could see that my face was visibly brighter and smoother. It’s been 8 hours and my skin still feels hydrated and soft! I will definitely be coming back again, and maybe bring my husband and mom because I think they will enjoy the experience!”

“AR Shower pans was simply awesome! We have used other hot moppers in Orange County before but the last two that we used were unreliable. We had a job that we needed to get done at a apartment complex in Newport Beach, we found AR Shower Pans online and took a chance, Ashley answered the phone within two rings and gave us a upfront quote and had their guy Ryan our in the job the next day. We have used them 5 times since. They also service the LA area and all the Orange County area. If you need someone for your tile job, then give them a shot. Reasonable and reliable, something that is hard to find when looking for good contractors.”
