It's a beautiful and great place for events, most of them are from local people, but it's very good

Nice Park. 2 swimming pools with Jacuzzi and 2 clubhouses. Has its own park for soccer or baseball. Two.large banquet halls that are great for birthday parties etc. Badminton/volleyball net and tether ball and basketball court too. Has a computer room, workout room, billiard table and reading room. Aftershcool activities for the kids and adult activities in the morning. 24 hour courtesy patrol and check in at park entrance. Very quiet especially at night. Neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. There is no trash lying around and all the spaces are kept up too. I rarely even lock my house or car doors. You can take late night walks and feel safe also.

Covina is a nice mobile home park with an upper and lower clubhouse for events that can be rented. 1 pool attacked to the lower clubhouse outside and security guards at entrance to park. It is located in La Puente across the beautiful Industry Hills Hotel and equestrian center that's host to the semi-annual rodeo circuit first week of October. It is all ages now but used to be seniors living before.

Safe place to live, love the fact we have a park swimming pools a gym & a guard at the entrance office staff is great, very reasonable half the price of a mortage or an apartment. Sure you don’t own the land but does that really matter.

They need to reenforce their "no street parking" rule. They painted all sides of the streets red, that didn't help. The streets aren't wide enough for 2 way traffic if cars are parked in the street. They also need to take better car of their slopes between houses, overgrown dead weeds, overgrown bushes that look like trees. Brighter/better street lights. Other than all of that, it's a good place to live. Quiet for the most part.
