(May 4, 2018, 10:52 pm)Love love LOVE this barre studio! The instructors are amazing, and the classes produce serious results. As someone who does not enjoy traditional gym workouts or running, this has been an amazing way for me to get in shape while having fun. I love the fact that no class is ever the same, and the combination of cardio, weights, and pilates/ballet technique keeps things interesting and challenging. I come from a dance background and enjoy being able to put my old training to use, though dance experience definitely isn't needed. The studio itself adorable and clean, and the staff are very welcoming (the owner, Michelle, is a sweetheart!). I have taken many barre classes at various studios, including Purre Barre and Bar Method, and Barre Element is by far the best!
