(February 16, 2017, 12:18 am)OK, I'm going to be honest. If you're looking for a quick fix to your health problems, you won't find it here, or anywhere else!! Because there is no such thing as a quick fix. It's hard work, but it's even harder going it alone.
Having coached workouts, other fbbc members to support you, and spectacular intensive, customized programs to join on top of your monthly membership, you have a much higher probability of reaching your goals.
I've been trying everything i could think of to lose weight for 10 years, to no avail. Even my first 6 months at fbbc led to minimal results. Finally i joined their new years revolution 6 week program, and really made use of the trainer's and membership for support. I found the key to unlock my weight loss! In 4.5 weeks, I've lost 20lbs. I'm working my butt off, but I'm eating well, following their directions, changing my thought process/mentality, and reaching my goals. And let me tell you, i am not starved or deprived. I think i actually eat more than i used to.
If you are desperate and think you've tried everything, try this and see for yourself. It is actually possible!

(November 7, 2016, 3:43 am)I've been with Fbbc lv since Feb of this year and i have to say I feel phenomenal!!! I've lost almost 45lbs and gained my self confidence back. I've tried other gyms and have never had any results like the success I've had with fbbc. This is a program for anybody at any age and at any fitness level. The classes are just 30 minutes long and it works great for me. I'm a busy mom with 3 kids and its just the right amount of time before anybody notices I'm gone! Haha

I started working out here 8 months ago - I've lost 15 pounds and I have never felt stronger in my life. The owners and trainers are the absolute best and they give you all the tools you need if you are ready to make a change and GET FIT! I've never felt more welcome and comfortable at another gym. The owners (John and Cara) and coach Aaron are extremely supportive and committed to helping each individual achieve their goals. They continuously motivate me by incorporating monthly challenges, encouraging clean eating (including recipe ideas) and by witnessing the importance of being healthy. I love FBBC!!!
