My wife & I wanted to publicly express our appreciation for the 5 STAR SERVICE we received at Land Rover Chesterfield! JB (John Bray) was awesome! His knowledge, customer service, & 'attention to detail' was outstanding! Andrew (financial dept.) was also exceptional! Please don't go to the "other" dealership in Creve Coeur. This dealership is state-of-the-art, with superb staff & service! We already have received multiple compliments re: Our New vehicle & we told all those inquiring to visit: LAND ROVER CHESTERFIELD!
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in town. We were already sold on the brand vehicle but Land Rover Chesterfield sold us on where to buy from. It is nice knowing we have choices in STL and aren't forced to deal with dismissive service. The staff (each and everyone person we came in contact with) and the owner made us feel at relaxed...and were even patient with our little one and all his questions. JOB WELL DONE and we love our new vehicle.

If my husband and I could give a 10/10 stars rating for our salesman Lambert Hanna we would. We have been working with Lambert for several months to find our desired vehicle. There were several phone calls and text messages during the search process. Lambert was extremely patient and very responsive.
Prior to us meeting Lambert our daughter purchased a vehicle from another dealership. That dealer was unable to service her vehicle within a reasonable time frame. I contacted Lambert, he was able to get her vehicle in, serviced and returned within 72 hours. That all happened before we made a purchased. Our daughter also experienced Excellent customer service!
Lambert was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a true professional who is very knowledgeable about his product. He always greeted us with a Hugh smile. We highly recommend our Salesman Lambert Hanna !
