(November 14, 2019, 8:54 am)I got hurt early in the morning and was the first one there. I needed stitches & was bleeding. The wait was 15 minutes max because they had to fill out papers. They stitched me, updated my shot record and did a Xray to make sure everything was okay. The doctor was very professional & did a great job with the stitching. the nurse was very calming. I guess it just depends on how serious you're Injured & they take their time to make sure every patient is well taken care of.

(October 31, 2019, 5:26 pm)I came here after an emergency work accident. I waited over 30 minutes, which was inconvenient with a bleeding injury, but considering the high volume of patients I was understanding.
The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The medical staff were polite too, but the doctor and the nurse didn't seem to get along with each other which made me uncomfortable. The procedure was done quickly and painlessly.
I was planning to give 3/5 stars, but I'll add one because I ended up needing to cancel a follow-up visit, and they let me reschedule without any fuss.

(562) 633-2273. The staff is nice but the wait is horrible. When I walked in there was only 3 other people in the waiting room. Thomas Roccapalumbo D.O. is not a physician I would ever consider going to again nor will I entertain using Immediate Medical Center in Lakewood for any medical treatment.
