  Grant has been our Dewey Pest Control technician for about a year now. He is always on time, courteous, and very thorough. And we have no ant problem.

  I want everyone to know that Daniel is an excellent technician. He is very knowledgeable and knows what needs to be done to keep things under control. I'd also like everyone to know that Jim Baldridge, the manager of this franchise, is a great guy and has a lot of experience which he freely shares if you need additional information or assistance. If you have friends or family who are considering using a pest control service, tell them to consider calling Dewey.

  These five stars are for Arthur, only!
  
  Arthur was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We have a huge ant problem in our house. He offered us services that we had paid for in our contract (such as ant bait/traps, pellets to go in the lawn, etc), that the first technician did not provide for us. Arthur deserves a raise!
  
  As my husband stated in the review below, he and I will be requesting Arthur to handle all of our future pest control needs!

  Had a great experience today. This is the second time this company has come out to my house and Arthur Rodriguez did an amazing job!
  
  First some background, the first time Dewey pest control came out the technician did an okay job. The technician was very quick and to the point without adding unnecessary dialogue. I was okay with that because I am not the biggest people person. I was satisfied with the work done but didn’t understand the process fully.
  
  Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm and took off work to make my appointment. 1:45 pm rolled around and still no one. I called the company and they put me in touch with my original technician and in short he said he had forgotten our appointment and would be able to come on Monday. I called my wife at work and long story short, and after a heated conversation with the pest control dispatcher and our original technician, Dewey Pest Control sent Arthur Rodriguez out to the house.
  
  My experience today was leaps and bounds better than our first service. Let me reiterate that our first service wasn’t awful it just wasn’t like today at all. Arthur seemed excited to be at my house helping me with our crazy ant problem. He explained all the free services that Dewey’s offers (something that wasn’t done for me during our first service) and took the time to explain each type of poison he was utilizing at the house. His warm and approachable demeanor made what could have been unpleasant experience very pleasant and even enjoyable. Arthur was very by the book and was very patient with me on account I had to let my dogs out of the house mid-service.
  
  Arthur changed my whole outlook on Dewey Pest Control. I can only hope that Dewey’s hires more technicians like Arthur. I recommend Dewey Pest Control and I highly recommend Arthur Rodriguez, my family and I will be requesting Arthur to handle all of our future pest control needs!
