(January 12, 2019, 4:12 pm)I really like this Gym. I can go at before work (not all gyms are open at 4AM). They have all the work out equipment I really need and if I want to go to one of their other gyms all I have to do is pay an extra $5 a month. Some of the other in shapes are quite large but this one is moderate in size. When I go there is barely anyone there which means no wait times for equipment. For me, this Gym is great.

(October 6, 2018, 4:20 pm)I enjoy my experience at this location, the staff is very friendly. Especially Red and Terry. I drop my 2 kids off at the kidzone on Saturday morning and I'm able to enjoy a good workout. The staff does a great job at entertaining the kids. Keep up the good work guy!
